Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking and Payments:

    • Booking of an apartment at WYCE Exclucity requires a payment of a booking amount as specified by Parth, Saniket, and Balaji Group.
    • The balance payment schedule will be communicated to the buyer based on the construction progress and agreed terms.
    • All payments must be made via cheque, demand draft, or electronic transfer in favor of Parth, Saniket, and Balaji Group.
  2. Apartment Specifications:

    • The area of each apartment (2 BHK, 3 BHK or 4 BHK) is as specified in the agreement and may vary slightly due to construction variances.
    • The layout and design of apartments are subject to change based on architectural considerations and operational feasibility.
  3. Possession and Handover:

    • The possession date for the apartment will be communicated by Parth, Saniket, and Balaji Group and is subject to completion of construction and regulatory approvals.
    • The buyer agrees to take possession of the apartment on the completion date and make necessary payments as per the agreed schedule.
  4. Maintenance Charges:

    • The buyer agrees to pay maintenance charges as applicable for the upkeep of common areas, facilities, and services post possession.
    • The maintenance charges will be communicated prior to possession and are subject to revision by the residents' association.
  5. Amenities and Facilities:

    • The amenities and facilities provided at WYCE Exclucity are subject to availability and operational feasibility.
    • Parth, Saniket, and Balaji Group. reserves the right to alter or modify amenities based on practical considerations.
  6. Legal Compliance and Documentation:

    • The buyer agrees to provide all necessary documents and information as required for the purchase and registration of the apartment.
    • All transactions and agreements will be governed by applicable laws and regulations of the State of Maharashtra.
  7. Cancellation and Refund:

    • In case of cancellation of booking by the buyer, applicable cancellation charges will be deducted from the booking amount.
    • Refund policies will be as per the terms outlined in the agreement between the buyer and Parth, Saniket, and Balaji Group.
  8. Dispute Resolution:

    • Any disputes or disagreements will be resolved through mutual discussion or legal arbitration as per the laws of India.
    • The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings will be Pune, Maharashtra.

By booking an apartment at WYCE Exclucity, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions set forth byParth, Saniket, and Balaji Group. Any modifications or amendments to these terms will be communicated through formal channels and documented accordingly.
